The chief executive office of Macao Special Administrative Region stated on March 15 that for the purpose of effectively implementing and carrying out the Planning Program for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta and fully speeding up and deepening the cooperation between Guangdong and Macao, the two governments has decided to jointly formulate the Guangdong and Macao Cooperation Framework Agreement.

O chefe executivo do escritório da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau, afirmou em 15 de março que, para efeitos da aplicação efectiva e realização do Programa de Planeamento para a Reforma e Desenvolvimento do Delta do Rio Pérola e total aceleração e aprofundamento da cooperação entre Guangdong e Macau, os dois governos decidiram formular em conjunto o Acordo-Quadro de Cooperação de Guangdong e Macau.
