Shrinking infrastructure markets in the Middle East and Africa, which before contributed more than 60 percent of its revenues, resulted in CHEC developing business in Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions (SARs), Southeast Asia and South Asia, which together comprised 59 percent of its new contracts.

Reduzindo os mercados de infra-estruturas no Médio Oriente e África, que anteriormente contribuiram com mais de 60 por cento das suas receitas, resultou um desenvolvimento de negócios CHEC em Hong Kong e nas Regiões Administrativas Especiais de Macau (RAEMs), no Sudeste Asiático e Sul da Ásia, que juntos representaram 59 por cento dos seus novos contratos.
