The third session of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference [CPPCC] held the fourth plenary meeting on the morning of 10 March. CPPCC members expressed views on how to run the Shanghai World Expo, transform government functions, build a modern special zone for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau service trade, and other issues. CCP Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee member and National CPPCC Chairman Jia Qinglin attended the meeting.

A terceira sessão do 11 º Comité Nacional da Conferência Consultiva Política do Povo Chinês [CCPPC] realizou a quarta reunião plenária na manhã do dia 10 de Março. Os membros do CCPPC expressaram pontos de vista sobre como executar a Expo Mundo Xangai, transformando funções do governo, construindo uma especial zona moderna para Guangdong em Hong Kong, e o comércio de serviços em Macau, entre outras questões. A Mesa do Comité Central Político Permanente do CPC e o membro do Comité Nacional do CCPPC, presidente Jia Qinglin, participaram na reunião.
