"China has appointed new ambassadors to Portugal, Mozambique and Timor-Leste (East Timor) as well as four other countries, China’s official news agency Xinhua reported.
The new Chinese ambassador to Portugal, Cai Run, 48, holds a Law degree, and among other posts, he was political advisor to the Chinese Embassy in Washington, having already directed the Department of Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs." (macauhub/CN/MZ/PT/TL)
