The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and the Governor of Guangdong Province, Mr Huang Huahua, representing the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and the Guangdong Provincial Government, signed the Framework Agreement on Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation at a signing ceremony in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, witnessed by the State Vice-President, Mr Xi Jinping; the State Councillor, Madam Liu Yandong, and the Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of Hong Kong Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, Mr Liao Hui today (April 7). Before the signing ceremony, the three state leaders also met the Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and the Governor of Guangdong Province, Mr Huang Huahua.

O Chefe do Executivo, Donald Tsang, e o Governador da Província de Guangdong, Huang Huahua, representando o Governo da Região Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong (RAEHK), e o Governo Provincial de Guangdong, assinaram o Acordo-Quadro sobre a Cooperação Hong Kong e Guangdong numa cerimônia de assinatura no Grande Palácio do Povo, em Pequim, testemunhado pelo Vice-presidente do Estado, Xi Jinping, o Conselheiro de Estado, Liu Yandong, e o Vice-presidente da Comissão Nacional de Conferência Consultiva da Política do Povo Chinês e director do Gabinete para Assuntos do Conselho de Estado de Hong Kong e Macau, , Liao Hui, hoje (07 de abril). Antes da cerimónia de assinatura, os três líderes de Estado também se encontra o Chefe do Executivo, Donald Tsang, e o Governador da Província de Guangdong, Huang Huahua.
