2nd Round of ECFA Talks Expected in March in Taipei

Huang Chih-peng, chief of the MOEA’s ‘Bureau of Foreign Trade’, and Tang Wei, director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Department under the Ministry of Commerce in Beijing, who chaired the first round of talks January 26 in Beijing, will also chair the second round.
